The sky tells us so much, and yet it is simple. It is a mixture of blue and white, grey in place, and like life it has it’s up and down, days and nights. But you still know that it is going to be there to greet you in the morning. The sky hurts and we see its fallen tears on the ground, but we know that the sky will brighten and the sun will replace those burdens. The sky is a survivor, it has its obstacles but it will take them and triumph over them. The sky helps and heals lost souls; it is a gateway to a better place, a bigger place, a unknown place. A place where everyone wants to go.
Welcome to New York City, the place that was known to help people achieve the American dream, but that depends on which way you look at it. Some people come for fame, money, glory. Others just want to find a place that makes them feel safe. You can see them now, the ones that are living their lives and the ones that are just surviving it. Some people want love, some just want comfort. New York City is a big place, an adventurous place, the concrete jungle. You can hide, or come out fighting. Someone is waiting out there for you, everybody needs love. Some is waiting up for you.
